Why we’re here
Ordinary life.
People who matter.
A story of your own.
Hero Me is the personal side of Harmonic Way. It brings a story-first approach to friendships, change, belonging, boundaries and family life—not only to work.
01 / Where it began
Someone stood
alongside us.
In his account of the project’s origins, Dennis returns to his mother and the way she kept their family together after his father died. Her care shaped what the word hero means to him.

Hero Me carries that attention into ordinary life: noticing the people who have helped us, and considering how we might stand alongside someone else.
It is not a demand to repeat another person’s sacrifices. Your circumstances, limits and needs matter. Recognition can include help, rest and room for a life of your own.
02 / A pattern to work with
We didn’t invent
the story.
We listen for it.
The hero’s journey gives us language for change, what matters, who is alongside us, difficulty and what we learn. We use it as a working map, not a test you have to pass.
Our contribution is a way to keep working with your story. The research behind a framework and the results of using an app are different things. Neither makes your life follow one script.

Help them take
their own step.
What would help the person in front of you—not the version of them you have already imagined?
That question is part of what we call the Service Paradox. Paying attention to another person can give you something worthwhile to act on, and something to learn about yourself.
It is an invitation, not a guaranteed formula. A useful step might be asking before helping, listening without fixing, accepting support or setting a boundary. Other people get to have their own view of their story.
04 / The ongoing conversation
A role that holds
the thread.
Wayfinder brings together a model performing the conversation, a written coaching role, relevant conversation records and a structured understanding you can correct. Dennis calls this your IB—Instantaneous Being.
The model is the actor; Wayfinder is the role; your history informs the performance. Keeping these distinct supports continuity as models improve. It does not promise perfect recall, flawless understanding or identical responses.
Your IB is software-based coaching, not a person or a conscious being. It is not therapy, diagnosis or emergency support.
Meet Wayfinder ↗05 / Two doors, one service
Your own life.
Your family life.
Your choice.
The individual path makes room for your friendships, transitions, boundaries and belonging. The family path is for parents and caregivers reflecting on their own choices—not diagnosing a child or deciding their future.
Dennis brought software and executive-coaching experience to Harmonic Way. Hero Me shares the service behind it, while keeping a personal focus. Existing accounts, purchases and history have not moved to a separate B system.
The role, the records and the model.
