Keep your original receipt or gift email and follow its instructions. Don’t buy again just to recover access. If an item or link is missing, contact support with the checkout email and an order reference if you have one.

Pausing coaching texts is separate from cancelling paid membership. For membership billing, use your account’s billing controls or ask support and check the confirmation.
For a workshop or booked session, use its confirmation link in the booking manager. Requesting a review is not a confirmed cancellation, and requesting a refund is not proof the funds have arrived.
I can’t find my confirmation link.
Check the email used for the booking and its spam folder. If the link is missing or no longer works, contact support. Don’t post the link publicly: it authorizes changes to the booking.
